Rent or Sell Manufactured Home on Land

Looking for advice on what to do with a manufactured home I have purchased. I live in a extremely hot real estate market where rentals are in demand and first time home buyers can almost not compete. The home is a manufactured double wide on 3 acres with a detached 25’x35’ garage that I purchased at the appraised value for my first home and didn’t have to fight the competitive market. It was this or an apartment. My question is would you recommend I sell or hold on an rent? If it was a stick built home, I would definitely rent. However I am unsure with it being manufactured. Looking for advice being a new and young investor.
