This can necessitate putting the shed on very deep piles, which may be total overkill but is nevertheless required by code.H refers to the height of the ascending or descending slope.

I'm from the SF Bay Area, where cost of living and housing are extremely high, low inventory, lots of investors with deep pockets our here, all together making investing here tough and know I need to look outside my geographical area and I'm ok with that.
