Hello All,

I'm new to RE investing, I've been doing some reading/research and want to get started and ramp things up this year but I've been cautious (gotta work on that) and hoping for more guidance. I'm from the SF Bay Area, where cost of living and housing are extremely high, low inventory, lots of investors with deep pockets our here, all together making investing here tough and know I need to look outside my geographical area and I'm ok with that.

I'm here to learn, partner with others and help if I can. Look forward to networking with you all.

Best,
Stephanie Hart
