The item I needed costs well into the $100K range and competition between the suppliers is keen.  

Austin, Dallas, and Houston are all pretty steady, but there is a big increase in activity in San Antonio and a lot of competition there.

Unfortunately the market in Colorado has gotten quite competitive and those kind of deals have dried up.
