You can set up free hosting at Amazon, but for the less technical would check a cheap VPS or hosting place.

That means getting to know realtors, lenders, investors, attorneys,... the list does not end.If you are interested, I co-host a monthly investors meeting and the next one is on the 18th.

If you use a notice of option, make sure it includes the date the option expires too as it can cloud title after it expires and you can have issues with that if you file it, like filing a false lien if you don't release it.

As @John Van Uytven  posted a few weeks back, we had our first meetup in Seoul and were pleasantly surprised by the turnout.Seoul Meet UpThis week we decided to host a Happy Hour for those who came to the Meet Up along with other people interested in real estate. 

As Ann mentioned there is the Boston AREIA and since she doesn't toot her own horn the Black Diamond event she hosts in Waltham (2nd meeting in Worcester) is as good of an event as you will find around, well probably anywhere.  

If you are looking to rotate venue, I am happy to host the next one in Monterey if there is enough interest.
