I know I can make some cash flow out of the property and I know how long it will take to be able to refinance it.

We rent out the bottom unit LTR with long term tenant and are looking to move out of upper unit and make it a mid term rental.

Either the rates improve and it can cash flow with a long term mortgage or I can sell it when the market improves (I feel like both will happen at the same time). 

looking back I got a decent deal but it took too long to close and I need to find a team for the long term to accumulate fourplexes or build them.I'm wondering if people involved are just washing their hands if my deal rather than grow from it.Emails from before closing were insane looking back on it.
