Hey BP, i'm based out of Fresno, California and it seems impossible to find any propertys in which will cashflow.

I just have built up my rental base in the core US markets and used that cash flow to travel/surf in PR.

Another $200 to have the ground leveled, rock placed for a base instead of sinking into dirt, then to have them placed and leveled.
