Looking for a mentor

I'm a nurse practitioner looking to diversify her portfolio and get into the world of real estate. I've spent years diving into podcasts, blogs, and any information I can get my hands on. I'm highly motivated and eager to get started. I'm looking for a mentor to help me get set up in my first investment property. I'm looking at multi-families in Cleveland, OH (I lived / went to school there for 3 years) as well as maybe short term rentals in Puerto Rico (I have family there). Hey Khyati, I'm from Queens, NYC and I moved all the way to Ohio for the real estate market. 

Cleveland Ohio is a great market to get started in, low cost of entry and landlord friendly.  
It is a ton of information overload when getting started so I understand. Feel free to reach out for any advice or resources!
