Looking for a mentor

I'm a nurse practitioner looking to diversify her portfolio and get into the world of real estate. I've spent years diving into podcasts, blogs, and any information I can get my hands on. I'm highly motivated and eager to get started. I'm looking for a mentor to help me get set up in my first investment property. I'm looking at multi-families in Cleveland, OH (I lived / went to school there for 3 years) as well as maybe short term rentals in Puerto Rico (I have family there). I'm experiencing information overload and I'd love to talk to someone about how to get started. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance! Khyati

Hey Khyati, I'm from Queens, NYC and I moved all the way to Ohio for the real estate market.

Cleveland Ohio is a great market to get started in, low cost of entry and landlord friendly.
It is a ton of information overload when getting started so I understand. Feel free to reach out for any advice or resources!
