When I see that a podcast is barely 60 minutes long, I'm not gonna lie..

THe shade from the tree actually prevents grass from growing under it so the area right in front of the house is bare or grass and is just dirt.  

I assume you want to have a completely new electrical system installed and paid for by the seller and you do not want the seller to come back with doing or offering only to do the bare minimum to make it legal and not necessary completely safe.

We were barely getting by...macaroni and cheese and overdraft protection on our checking account were our two best friends.Around that time my mother had no place to live and found her way to our couch along with my two much younger sisters. 

If the mortgage rate was in the low 4s or lower, then it might (barely if at all) be worth it to do this deal as a long term rental, since the money would be so cheap.  

I believe they are there I am just barely missing them before there gone.

That may sound a bit harsh (which it is not meant to be) but if you enter into contracts in a country where you don’t speak the language and won’t/can’t learn to speak the native language to a bare minimum standard, you are taking additional risks by doing business knowingly and cannot come back later and say you didn’t understand.

But now I am so used to it that I barely notice it most of the time.

I'm thinking a 10-12 gauge bare copper wire should suffice.
