Indianapolis Newbie!!

Hi everyone! My name is Alain and I'm excited about joining all of you and taking the first steps to starting my real estate investing career! I've been on the site going on two months now, but just now getting around to posting my introduction. I'm originally from Venezuela but as of the last 15 years my home town has been Indy; I am currently transitioning jobs, and will be a full time broker within two weeks. Will be working on getting a few rehabs under my belt this year, and would also like to begin putting together a rental portfolio at the same time.

I've been fortunate enough to connect with several local investors on the site and they have been nothing but friendly and helpful. Please, don't hesitate to reach out (whether you're from Indy or not)! And if you're from Indy, I always love meeting new faces, so let's meet up and chat sometime!
