The chances of this happening are very small and it would burden the team and owners more than its worth. 

This can be a viable option for those who might not qualify for traditional financing methods.

(Roth's being an exception.)CPA Tom Wheelwright has a chapter on this in his book Tax Free Wealth and agrees with what I just noted.
