@Milton Rivera I worked at APL (Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory), I no longer work there since I now am in grad school in Indiana.

While I am not clear on the exact "how" I will make the plan work, I am clear on the target, the big picture, and the next incremental steps, knowing that I will need to constantly reassess, exercise great discipline, and most important of all, remember to enjoy the adventure. 

So what I’m hearing is I need to get even more nitty gritty in my search for a lender and not just in the hard construction physical work.
