I'm a new investor in Oak Ridge (Knoxville) TN. I am a Physical Therapist and former Marine who moved out here from San Diego 3 years ago. I bought a Duplex in which I live in 1 unit and putting another duplex on contract. If anyone wants to grab a coffee or a beer sometime, please reach out!
