So, not sure how you'll convince a judge that you aren't functioning like a property management company.The, "all you do is give guests access" argument for not having an agent license, probably won't go over in court well either.So, be careful of the responses of others giving heir opinions or sharing they've been doing fine with no licenses.Just because they haven't been caught, doesn't make it legal.
