I nicely pointed out that state law only required that at least 1 bathroom continued to function and I made reasonable efforts to repair the other, which I did.

So, not sure how you'll convince a judge that you aren't functioning like a property management company.The, "all you do is give guests access" argument for not having an agent license, probably won't go over in court well either.So, be careful of the responses of others giving heir opinions or sharing they've been doing fine with no licenses.Just because they haven't been caught, doesn't make it legal.
