I've also heard that most investors that operate through an LLC is oftentimes just interested in the cash-flow of the investment properties, and because of that not really selling anyway.Any help on the subject is appreciated, as I am just about to get started, and would prefer to understand a bit more, before I reach out to certified CPA's to help me get this underway.

Most likely Federal taxes on the income but there are a lot of questions that we have regarding the structure, entity type, etc Typically foreigners, who own rental property, and have rental income, are subject to a flat 30%.
