I built custom houses in Japan for 20 some years and have had a couple of real estate transactions in Missouri, but after 37 years of living overseas I am coming back to the States to begin a new chapter.I am interested in Real Estate Investing, Wholesaling, Rentals and Commercial Properties.I am interested in any suggestions for REI meetings in the Portland area and the Seattle area.  

I consider my residents to be customers. 

I would also expect you to only get referrals to contractors that work directly with end customers.

The opposite of what the owner wants.An incentive for revenue increases is good, but what about keeping expenses down without sacrificing proper maintenance and customer service.
