I have been lurking on BP for a while, but yesterday took the plunge to become a pro member and begin being active here.  I am relatively new to BP and currently am writing this from my living room in China.  However, I will be relocating to the US (Portland Or. area) on the 23rd of March.  I built custom houses in Japan for 20 some years and have had a couple of real estate transactions in Missouri, but after 37 years of living overseas I am coming back to the States to begin a new chapter.

I am interested in Real Estate Investing, Wholesaling, Rentals and Commercial Properties.

I am interested in any suggestions for REI meetings in the Portland area and the Seattle area.

I am interested in any and all advice concerning Law (Real Estate Lawyers) Accounting (good CPA with Real Estate background) and finding good General Contractors.

Don't want this to get too long so will stop and I hope I can connect with some good people in these areas (or other areas as well).
