Again, this is simple mathematics: If Johnny apple seller come to market with 5 apples to sell, and 20 people are at market to buy apples with $5.00 each, how much can Johnny sell his apples for?   

Get a second job, cancel wasted unnecessary items like cell phones and cable TV.

@Peter Amendola So your question about what drives up daily rates - first of all you have to compare apples to apples here.  

Look at Apple stock January 2015, which traded at around $110.

Have TV with cable (or Roku/ AppleTV) and wifi.

Not every cabin has to have granite counters and a TV that takes up the entire living room.    

I would bet money that the most popular cabins have the easiest access to GSP and have all the "amenities" like high-speed internet and cable/satellite tv, things that most "outdoorsy" people don't care all that much about since they're going to be standing in a river casting for trout all day.

Shut off internet and TV.

Kind of like comparing apples to oranges not all loans have the same closing fees etc. some loans are bait and switch.
