Is it worth it to renovate an out dated cabin (needs newer bathrooms, kitchen, staining )that is a 4 bedroom or buy and a newer 2 bedroom in this region? Is it worth the expense to make the higher cash flow potential ? Many of the cabins seem more turnkey and I am wondering if it's worth the renovation cost or what are the upsides and down sides of this . What are the amounts people are investing in Reno before it is a loss ?
