You look at the stock price of Google and Amazon and Tesla and say, those are too high, but in 10 years will you be happier you bought those or would you be happier you bought General Cinemas or American Airlines? 

Red flags.. mean stop.. as mentioned above.. spend the few hundred bucks and get title insurance and do not take title via a QCD in most instances.. there are some states where its soup de jour..

No mention of extending the CDC Eviction Moratorium past 3/31/21 in the Senate ratified American Rescue Plan Act on 3/6/21.

An effective vaccine will allow states to remove all restrictions, let Americans go about their lives again (without fear for their safety) and give companies the incentive to hire.

@David Levin you have to ask yourself what do you want more - Financial Independence, or "The American Dream" of owning a home?
