There is a $99 course on the PPR Note web site that I'm considering taking. 

For a while, we tried to sell it on our own by listing on CL and on some local Facebook garage sale sites - we got a little traffic that way, but nothing that went anywhere.  

One of my friends swears by rent.com but it costs and I've had poor quality applicants from it.If it's near Fitzsimmons then there is a web site for student housing you can list on from CU.

I'm so glad I stumbled upon this web forum instead. 

The risk all comes down to whether or not your investors sue you if they are unhappy.I know of someone in Austin who was broadcasting 12% returns to anyone who would read his web site.  

Its great because I actually don't mind waiting in traffic to get on and off post anymore.

The city probably has some information on their web page. 

@Joshua Dorkin Another feature you might consider integrating into your page is an instant messaging as well as live web conferencing.

Everywhere else is fine besides the terrible traffic.  

So Im new here, and like everyone quickly becoming addicted to BP......curious though......I find it darn there Impossible to "keep up" with all the forum traffic, etc...just as soon as you post one reply....there are 30 more posts in various forums etc...... anyone have any strategies??
