It's not that San Diego properties can't have these issues but the harsher weather conditions in some of the cheaper markets can have a toll on your investments.

I know people are going to give opinions on weather or not to invest long distance, but in my opinion everyone that has invested long distance has taken that same first step, its just a matter of deciding, commit and taking action, eventually you'll be connecting with the right people and be doing great deals.
