Renting to traveling nurses/doctors

I'm curious about how this works? Our rental is in close proximity to a handful of hospitals. Is the traveling medical market a reliable enough market to pursue instead of a traditional renter for a SFH? How does one even begin the process of connecting with nurses or doctors? I have found a site called furnished finder which seems to specialize in this type of marketing and platforming. Any pointers or experience in this field, especially in the Atlanta market is helpful!

Full Disclosure - I have not done this yet but do plan to after one of my projects is fully rehabbed. I have a few clients in my market that do this. What I have found from them is that your return will be significantly better assuming you are close to the hospital, slightly nicer than the other properties on the website and develop good relationships with the nurses/doctors. Everyone who is doing this in my market is using furnished finder so that is how they connect with them. I would have the house set up to appeal to them as they will be working a lot when they are staying at your house. When I have mine up, I will stock the fridge with Convenient Meals ( the ones you just put in the microwave or oven) as well as snacks that they can bring to work. One room will be an office and the living room will be set up for maximum comfort! Also a back patio would be nice in the better weather. ( I am in Texas.)
