Like Trello, Podio can give you a simple kanban-style view of your leads and can do virtually anything else you want as an automated CRM and lead management system.

What have you done beyond the keyboard?

I think if they own their property you can't do much, buyers can walk away for virtually any reason if they haven't signed a P&S. 

I look at the plumbers out in the deep south and virtually everyone of them has missing flesh from brown recluse bites..

My ultimate goal is to show the accounting world that a truly virtual CPA firm can not only exist, but thrive. 

Fortunately, my job is virtual but I was expected to really produce and could not afford to just take a couple weeks off to deal with my family issues.
