Payroll for a owner-employee of S-Corp ( non RE entity)

Hi,  I did put it under off-topic as the entity I am talking about is not related to RealEstate. ( however the question may be valid for those in RE too).

I am owner and single employee of an S Corp.  I need to take salary from my own company and looking for the most affordable way to do so. Adding to complexity is - my S Corp is based in OH ( was there when I established it), but I live and work for my client in PA.  Later I could be anywhere else in the country depending on where my clients are and want me.

Looking for a company or an online solution who can do my payroll and appropriately calculate and process state/fed/ and all alloweable deductions from my salary.

The few companies I spoke to are charging $99 to $130. For a single employee, I thought that is a lot per month.

Any advise, pointers  are helpful.

Thanks,

Naveen.

Thanks @Pat L. & @Dave Van Horn for your comments.

I chose paychex and am setup with them. The cost would be approx 37$ per month to start with and a startup fee of about 65$ initially to setup all state required registrations.

Thanks.
