@Roger Verastegui I have made a career out of attending City Council and Planning Commission meetings.

So much of investing is dependent on having a strong relationship with lenders that starting really small at 21 and proving to them that you are a great risk over years and years will make things a lot easier when you’re looking to throw gas on your investment fire later on in your career.

You're right in the middle of my 2 wheelhouses of old career and new career! 

NKY/Cincy is my hometown and will always be the one constant place I visit as I am/have been geographically-mobile for my career; that's my simple justification for starting there.  

@Jospeh A Henke  If you want to jump ship into a nebulous career, especially with a kid in the picture, cut expenses to near zero and build a runway fund to make sure you dont run out of money before you succeed. 

Your chosen career will serve you very well as you begin your investing journey and will open the doors for all sorts of opportunities.

To someone who is completely fresh, changing careers, and just beginning the process of getting their license like you did, but @28 years old, how can I navigate and utilize the BiggerPockets(BP) forum database efficiently and effectively to find the most relevant material that will help educate me in becoming a successful real estate investment agent (wholesaling)?
