My name is Ben and I have recently discovered my passion for real estate. I am a recent University of Florida grad moving to Livermore California next month to begin working for a local GC as a assistant project manager. I am reading and learning as much as I can about real estate in the local area with the goal of wholesaling one deal before the end of the year. I am extremely motivated and would love any opportunity to meet and/or assist other more experienced local investors. Thanks for reading!
