The members of this community open my eyes to new investment strategies and concepts on a daily basis as well as continuously renewing my passion for REI.In closing I found this thread extremely beneficial and look forward to ones like it in the future.

I know that being great is just a few small things done daily so everyday I intend to become a little better day to day until I'm great at investing.

You should check out the post on here titled "The Dirty Truth about the Guru Programs"  to put it all in full context, though.I'd suggest going through the podcast archive and finding someone whose lead generation methodology sounds like something you can and will execute on a daily basis and then start creating your own system for executing that methodology.

You can never talk to a decision maker and they are always ask for more stuff......If you need to know sellers balance (the amount the bank will open at), read the legal notice, it is usually required that they put that information in a newspaper, usually like the Daily Record  or in the legal section of the Business Journal.If you are going to get in this more actively, you should subscribe to the appropriate news papers.  

Back when looking at it, I knew the bedroom walls were textured but not that the thing is mine and I've been in it daily for the last few weeks, I'm realizing I absolutely hate the textured walls.
