I am serving in the Armed Forces and currently in the Georgia/Alabama part of the country.

Therefore, if you serve them a 3 day notice now, and they don't pay rent in three days, you can take them to court and have them evicted.

If the tenant doesn't file an answer in court or show up then judges can only grant eviction and not a judgment unless the tenant was personally served and signed for the notice from the police officer and not just mail or tack to the door.

If my memory serves me correctly this type of system costs close to $20 per square foot.
