Also, I would consider the length of stay with the paint.

One of the reasons my dad prefers this path is because he only stays in this house once a year for a month or two.

Been following along on BiggerPockets for a few years now and have gained tons of knowledge from everyone sharing experiences on here so I appreciate that.

It takes a lot to build loyalty and trust with guests, and when they become repeat guests always coming to stay to our homes, they move around between homes. 

If I had stayed with it I would be retired and living on a private island right now.

But, I believe there is more to it  which is why I've always stayed away from it.  

As far as whether they will stay.
