Are there any other variables that can effect the appraisal of commercial property such as property condition ect?

Also it is confusing to say where is, at least to me as that sounds like the location is an issue.

Your training runs sound like a great idea to get to know various areas.  

So, in other words, you want to go behind the bank's back...do you think, just on the surface, that this sounds like a good idea?

Full disclosure, I had a fair amount of experience prior to getting on the forums, but what really pushed my business over the edge was this community which for me was a sounding board, mentor, mentee and fantastically unorthodox education.

Sounds like a simple eviction to me.
