I just started my research and am educating myself on all the various methods of real estate investing. My mind is pretty much blown. I'm currently leaning towards wholesaling and flipping to start since I don't know much yet about contractors and fixing things up. I'm looking forward to learning from and interacting with people on the forum boards!
