At the end of the day, it is your money being managed by some brokerage who charges ridiculous fees.I really don't see why some think buying Real Estate with that money is irresponsible or premature.

Rates are overall ridiculously good right now, if you live there and the rate starts with 4, or has PMI, or it's a rental and it starts with 5, and your credit isn't horrible, you need to refinance.
