Wells Fargo actually has a NO FLIP clause in it's paperwork, although, I've literally just crossed it out and told them per my contract we disclosed we were reselling for profit.The C buyer's lender just needs to be ok with the fact there was a quick purchase and resale.

If you write the note correctly you can always resell it but it gets you out of taxes and maintenance.Another option might be to borrow a small amount against the one you won free and clear and use that to buy a third, if you have enough cash to get that one free and clear then borrow against that to buy the forth etc.

As mentioned earlier, this restriction has been waived by FHA since 2010, so you now can legally resell to an FHA buyer.

The restriction you're talking about is for re-selling the property, not assigning the contract.
