Don't expect your CPA/tax professional to understand tax strategy with investment real estate.

If they do they can pull data for you and market analytics.Of course there is a lot more that goes into it once you get that data but based on your question - that is how I wouldProceed.

While I wouldn't call it "big boys" - there is a very small world of professional companies dedicated to this super small specific asset class. 

Or maybe have a squatter coming in on a down week and taking over.Or maybe you like dealing with folks sleeping in your back yard or having a derelict RV on the street in front of your house.I am being a bit hyperbolic of course, but our area isn't owner friendly at all and it is getting worse.

These are usually the same guys who are working on painting crews for the professional paint companies... 

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.
