Investing with no money

Hi All, Chicago local realtor, architectural associate and investor, Michelle Simoni, nice to meet you!

I want to ask for a loan to rehab a multifamily.  Can I get a loan from a bank showing them I can pay the mortgage with the rents coming in? I can present a business plan with market data and construction timelines. Any advice I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello there @Michelle Simoni!   Your background is super impressive...agent, investor, and architect...I'd love to connect to see how we might be able to work together!

You can most certainly get a loan on an investment property....consider connecting with @Landon Hoon or @Michael Barbari both local Chicago lenders.

If you are looking for maybe something a bit more aggressive on the down payment with hard money let me know and I can provide some other contacts.

Partnering will be the best way with no money...it's not easy and you'll have to be willing to do all the work...but worth it in my opinion.
