I want to know recommendation of starting in a new state should I go with a property manager or people in the Oklahoma City area that are investors have you used rentredi, and what have your experiences been with rentredi?

Hello,I know this has been posted a few times, but as the landscape for these products tends to change frequently, is anyone aware of any lenders that are offering HELOCs on a rental property (duplex specifically) in Texas right now (Aug 2024)?

I also know I would need to get a partial mortgage from current lender to build on the property.

I have looked into AirDNA and AirBnB estimates and I want to know how much stock I can take with their estimates?

And the branch manager said he doesn't know of any big banks that does that as well as he's worked with a few of them.

I don't know what this is and it probably varies by the lender.

I know it is landlord friendly, low tax rates, affordable...
