I expect 500 turn key units in NC and SC by May 2017.

It seems to me that the key to being a good RE investor who can grow their business essentially means they know how to (a) acquire leverage and (b) manage it properly.

The key was watching Steve do what he did, uninterrupted.Good skill in your desire to take your game to the next level.  

For me, my main goal is buy/hold for the long term (another key item, always know your goals).  

The key here is thinking critically about how you can get this property below market value so that your value add can really shine through. 

The IRA is treated in the same fashion as any other for tax purposes, but rather than being limited to what Wall St sells, you can invest in non-traditional assets such as real estate.As someone who is busy, turn-key real estate or brokered mortgage notes would be good avenues to research.
