18.....Aside from that learn and save up money now if you can get a part time job so when you hit 18 you'll have the knowledge and capital to hopefully get into it.

I just recently left a good stable job for a job that appeared to be an opportunity for professional growth.

On top of this I have a decent paying job that is also producing enough where even if I didn't have that 250k I think I could start with something smaller, maybe even partnering with a friend who's similarly interested in getting into real estate.

I want to get some advice regarding hiring of contractors/handyman(woman), I have been looking for a few weeks and haven't been able to find anyone willing to take on a job. 

Lots of growth in Collin County and companies like Toyota and Liberty Mutal have brought in thousands of jobs and decrease home supply and driven prices up. 

I'm handy by trade, have worked for and been a general contractor and have all the tools for the job, whether it's my actual tools or connections for bigger projects or repairs.

If you are in a low paying job concentrate on increasing your income.

I will be quitting my job in California as a Police Officer and moving to Las Vegas!
