Hello everyone! I am just starting out as a Real Estate Investor. I am from greater Youngstown, Ohio. is there anyone else on here from this area? I want to get some advice regarding hiring of contractors/handyman(woman), I have been looking for a few weeks and haven't been able to find anyone willing to take on a job.

I have two handymen that I use in Youngstown, Ohio that are both named Ed. I would be happy to share their contact information with you. I also have an excellent landscaper who manages my properties yards bi-weekly.
