This plan I wrote is extensive- and I am looking for people with experience in multifamily properties that is willing to spend some time evaluating my plan, critiquing it, and providing me with feed back. 

One issue I am seeing feeding this is real estate agents that are clueless about multi-family investing.

so down to 900 a month less than 250 a week to feed cloth and do some other things.. this is why most have very little savings if any and one speed bump and you dont get your rent.. just remember when the federal govmit shut down what stress that put on workers who went one month with out a check.Now do the math and that 1400 dollar rental to get in the door your at 4200 a month combined. 

Looking on-line some are getting very low reviews & pressure seems to be the biggest issue so 3/4 feeds maybe a requirement.

Loopnet is another place to look for commercial properties.Lastly, I would suggest talking to agents in the area you are looking to invest in to set you up with an auto feed from MLS.Hope this helps!
