I recently read Robert K. "Rich Dad's Guide to Investing." Robert K instructed his readers to write 3 seperate financial plans. My wife and I want to buy a ranch in the west and start a ministry that is focused on broken families. I wrote a real estate plan that will enable us to buy this ranch. If you've read the book, this plan is also my "comfortable plan." I currently own 5 rentals-all SFH, and all that cash flow well. This plan I wrote is extensive- and I am looking for people with experience in multifamily properties that is willing to spend some time evaluating my plan, critiquing it, and providing me with feed back. The plan is in an excel document and I can email it to whomever. I don't know how to imbed a document in this post.

My initial investnemt (initial being 2018-the first year my investing will be treated as a business) will include all 5 SFH rentals and an additional $15,000.00. I am reinvesting all of my real estate cash flow and living off of my J-O-B salary. My wife will be managing the majority of our business. She is a wonderful and beautiful woman. :-) As written-the plan, by 2033 produces $12,000 a month in cash flow, $950,000 in cash on hand and $938,000.00 in real estate equity.

Is anyone willing to check it out?  Respodn to this thread or PM me and I will send you the document.  Also, if anyone is interested in checking out what i did, whether you feel qualified or not to evalaute it, I am happy to share my work.
