Recently it's hot there because of the Wharf but in current situation , what's your opinion? 

I now have the opportunity to live in South Lake Tahoe in my grandparents home for free (incredibly fortunate to have the place to myself as it is a second home) and am wondering if I should seek out a brokerage here to perform as an agent as I build my wealth to eventually invest.

In fact, there were exceptionally hot market signals nationally in the sub 200k markets and sub 300k markets in many places in the US.It is important to watch the new construction numbers.

You have made incredible progress(way more than me, which if why I'd like to learn from you), but do you worry that something going wrong could start a domino effect that would end in bankruptcy?

The house sits on about 1 1/2 acres and has an incredible view of a beautiful golf course hole.

The whole area in Johnson County is hot due to the market but also the stability of the University as an employer and the supporting employers needed to run the campus.

When I had properties in a hot area at the peak of the season I marketed them on my own. 

@Frank HHey Frank, I'm from Vegas myself and the market is a bit hot right now, haven't had any luck on my end so been looking Out of State for the past couple months now. 

The next thing I'm planning is to have an ability where multiple contractors can bid for hot projects in real time and i.e., upload photos, send/rec bills, etc.
