On the other hand, Virginia courts have suspended accepting any new eviction cases until April 26, 2020 as well.I plan on using a lawyer to see through the whole eviction process but we all know they are a business themselves so my question is, should I even bother starting to attempt to evict him with the lawyer on the basis for violating the lease agreement for his waste/failure to main the premises clause or should I just wait until May 1, 2020 and hope courts are open then and serve him for being a holdover tenant or try evicting him for both?
