Got my team ready to go!

I was doing a lot of the work myself, but im running out of hours in the day, and would prefer to starting building a team of people who are experts at what they do.  

I think all together I have a good team assembled for flipping houses!

Team members and financing are important too.  

I will certainly follow your advice, and have been using the keyword alert feature and forum search to meet those like-minded industry partners.With respect to experience, in addition to my business/finance background we have team members with experience in Development and rehab, both on major commercial developments in key markets as well as retail and industrial in several markets along the Eastern seaboard (e.g.

I'm an active rehabber, buy/hold investor as well as overseeing one of Cobb's top producing realtor teams in Cobb.

If you end up looking local, tell the agent you are not a buyer, you are an investor looking to assemble a team.
