Make sure to advertise in all the available channels you can find so you can perform a true test.

My studies helped me prepare for what was originally an intimidating experience, going through all of the channels to meet people, interview team members, obtain financing, conduct efficient analysis, and ultimately TAKE ACTION.

I've been following mostly the Bigger Pockets Youtube channel but I wanted to start networking over the forums. 

I like the YouTube channel HomeRenovision DIY.

I am trying to expand past just AirBNB and VRBO, and do direct bookings and other channels, but I'm getting paralysis from over complicating it.

James Dainard just did a YouTube video on his live in flip a couple days ago on his Project RE channel.
