I bought a $300 SimpliSafe package and the vandals saw the signage out front which was an invitation to smash the electric meter (i.e. cut the power) then break in and steal the SimpliSafe system, including the motion sensor camera. 

Unless you are buying a package of properties from one seller, the logistics don't make it practical to purchase multiple properties with a single loan.

All,I am encountering a couple of situations where the bedroom count and the Square footage at the county records appear to be lower than what the houses truly have. 1) Typically what is the process to get this information corrected and how long does the process take?

He speaks a lot about creating a Sample Deal Package, in which you underwrite a potential deal and use that to speak with prospective investors and lenders.

At least that’s where I stand, but I’ve encountered several others in the past that work with a completely different set of ethics in this business.....

I also personally know somebody else who he did this with who is in a similar boat to me.I didn't know about lien waivers at the time, so this was a very expensive lesson learned.I just hope this post is useful to anybody who encounters this guy
