(is not much any way) So I found out that you have to be a self employed to have a solo 401k besides setting up a llc and solo 401k would eat part of my savings.

I also read somewhere in these forums it may not look good to take a cash out for the down payment and it would be smarter to take the money from somewhere else if possible, which we could do, it would just eat up most of our assents.

The business pays lots of bills like gas, tires, oil changes, eating out with clients, steak dinner for twice monthly board meetings with my wife/partner, trips to see properties where I happen to have a bike ride and stay the weekend to look at properties(air bnb stay is a business expense as well as food).
