Are there any bird dogs out there in Maine or New Hampshire? 

We've had very good luck with this product for both dog and cat urine odors (and I do cat rescue). 

Always be mindful that when you are doing your own deals, you are the client, but when using your license to be a “professional bird dog” the client’s interest always comes first.

If you want to because you do not want the vacancies then by all means consider it but get the correct documentation to show that these are emotional support dogs.

It appears to have been destroyed by dogs and cats now so I'm suspecting new flooring, blinds, and paint are the minimum needed.

Do you charge a different fee for cats vs dogs?

You could certainly ask the sponsor for their opinion or clarification, but, to use a cliche, they have a dog in the hunt, and therefore, some will tell you what you want to hear, not what you need to hear.

I would suggest going to local RIEA meetings and asking to be a bird dog.

Anyways, I'm planning to start a startup this year for one of my entrepreneurial ventures, in looking to possible get a real estate related internship over the summer, and I'm also looking to learn about real Estate bird dogging/wholesaling and how I can make it work for me by doing it online.
