USAA Foreclosure Experience

A house that I'm interested in is going to the county sheriff's auction within a month. USAA is listed as the plaintiff. I wanted to find out if anybody had experience with USAA foreclosures.

Specifically, how long do they take to list a property after foreclosure and do they make any repairs before listing the property? I believe this house will primarily need cosmetic work so if they make repairs before listing I doubt there will be enough profit left in the deal for me to invest.
